Includes all of the yoga things listed above, and a LOT more. This is the most highly customizable experience we offer and is designed with soul-centered special occasions and celebrations in mind.
Your party will arrive to find an extra-special practice space decorated with fresh flowers and other natural touches, a specially designed music playlist to fit your preference/occasion, essential oil aromatherapy, sage smudge and hands-on final relaxation assist for all participants, and a 5 minute hands, head, and feet massage using aromatherapy oils for your guest of honor as the group relaxes at the end of class.
After the yoga practice, your party will enjoy light refreshments including a juice/kombucha or champagne/spritzer toast, fresh fruit, and other special touches and things to do together such as Oracle card drawings.
