Life’s most persistent question should always be:
What are you doing for others?

The course of my professional path has always been guided by the question: How can I best be of service?

While my answers to this question are forever evolving, it never fails to bring me back to a deeply held desire to support others in finding peace, presence, and well-being.

As an experienced yoga teacher, licensed massage therapist, and Grief Recovery Method Specialist, I have practiced and studied a variety of healing modalities.

Discovering Internal Family Systems (IFS) was a major turning point for me, transforming how I understand myself, others, and the world around me. This understanding now informs everything I do.

My IFS-informed coaching practice honors divergence in all forms — neurodivergence and beyond. As a highly sensitive person (HSP) with ADHD, I know what it’s like to move through the world with a brain that colors outside the lines.  The space I co-create with each client welcomes and celebrates different ways of thinking, feeling, and being.
