Since beginning my massage training in 2007, I have never stopped learning, not only from those I've studied under, but from talented colleagues whom I have been fortunate to trade and share space with, as well as regular clients, some of whom have been faithfully showing up for well over a decade.

MODALITIES
Ashiatsu Massage - Japanese for "foot pressure", Ashiatsu is a profoundly relaxing and effective massage modality in which my feet become the perfect "power tools" to deliver deep, broad and soothing strokes to the larger muscle groups of the body. If you enjoy slow, deep work, I would highly recommend this modality.

Thai Yoga Bodywork - Hailing from Thailand and regarded as a "martial art of healing", this modality is performed with the recipient comfortably clothed and lying on a futon-style mat. I will guide your body into various yoga-like positions and provide rhythmic compression and other traditional techniques to loosen stiff joints, increase range of motion, and restore energetic balance.
"Parts Work" Integrative Massage - This is a bodywork session on the mat, table, or yoga swing in which IFS coaching or meditation is incorporated. Please contact me directly for more information.
In addition to the specialties listed above, sessions may also incorporate various techniques including trigger point release, Swedish relaxation, range of motion movements, assisted stretching, percussion massage, cupping, and more. Inclusion of these techniques is based on the needs and preferences of the client.

House Call Massage
Add $40 to the In-office rates listed above.
For house calls requesting more than one massage, additional fee is added only to the initial session. Additional sessions may be added at the in-office rate.
