Join Tara Taylor and Colleen Donovan Brown for an adventure in Bologna and Sardinia!
Our time in Bologna will be spent practicing yoga, exploring the town, and enjoying a climb to the top of the Tower of Asinelli.
Our destination in Sardinia is Casa Namaste, a beautiful private residence within walking distance of amazing cliffside vistas of the Mediterranean sea. We will spend mornings there on the cliffs watching the sun rise, and practicing yoga, mantra, and meditation.
In Sardinia, we will explore nature through trekking and kayak tours with our native guide, enjoy delectable and artfully presented home-cooked local food, practice yoga, meditation, mindfulness, explore the senses, and relax in the beautiful private gardens at Casa Namaste.
Retreat cost includes shared accommodations, activities, yoga practice twice a day, and round-trip travel from Bologna to Sardinia.
