Your therapist will skillfully apply deep pressure to trigger and pressure points to ease tight muscles, a range of motion stretches to loosen stiff joints, and relaxation techniques to assist the body in moving towards a state of self-healing.

*Locations for table massage must have space for the table to sit on firm, level ground, such as a paved or wooden patio, deck, or another outdoor flooring, and within easy walking distance of available parking.
*Locations that are more than a five-minute walk from available parking may be subject to an additional setup fee, depending on the distance and terrain.
